PET Filling Solution - Code Spraying Inspection

Product introduction

  With the assistance of the clamping device, the code spray inspection system implements the stable code spraying in the empty bottle section (before filling), collects the code images, and sends the images to the host controller, realizing the full code recognition. Based on the current code format, the host controller performs information comparison to judge whether the code is normal. The result will be sent to the PLC which sends signals to eliminate NG products.

Product introduction

  Installed at the rear end of the labeling machine, the labeling inspection system obtains the labeling images of running bottles through the photoelectric trigger and then sends the images to the host controller for labeling algorithm processing to identify the labeling defect. The processing signals are sent to the PLC according to the defect type, based on which the PLC will eliminate the NG products.
